If the ring you ordered becomes too small or too large at anytime, you may return it to us for a new ring. The recycling fee is $39.99 per ring per time. If we no longer carry the same ring, you may select a comparable ring. Engraving and shipping will be extra.

To take advantage of this program please:

• Place a new order online and indicated that this is Recycle Program in the Special Instruction Line. We refund you the difference when we process your credit card.

Non-Personalized Item:

You can return your product for full refund for any reason in its original condition. We must receive your return within 30 days because our system only retains your credit card information for that long. Shipping and handling, and insurance (if any) are not refundable. We inspect each item before boxing and we do not ship out broken or damaged items.

• To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please email service@acjewelry.com. A RMA number will be emailed to you.

RMA:

·         If we receive the item not in the original condition, we will not be able to refund customer.

For your protection against loss or damage during shipping, please make sure to insure your return.

Personalized Item:

Personalized and special ordered items are not returnable or refundable because we cannot resell them to anyone else. Please do not personalized if you are not sure about the item.

·         If we made error(s), we will replace or fix the item without charge. Please let us know by email to: service@acjewelry.com for RMA.

·         If customer made error(s), customer is responsible.

• Engraving is very risky, highly subjective and an “in the eyes of beholder” business. We will do our best to make our customers happy.
• We are not responsible for minor scratches due to normally handling during engraving.

If you have any specific need, please give special instructions in the Special Instruction Line. We will do our best without charge, but we cannot make guarantees due to mechanical limitations of the engraving machines. We will proceed with the order without communicating with the customer regarding the special request.
